Phill Lovell<\/strong> is an IT and Career Development professional. His IT career spans applications development, project and quality management, while his career development experience includes resource management, skills assessment and career development support to individuals. He is an active member of the professional associations representing his areas of expertise including the Career Development Association of Australia and the Australian Computer Society, as a previous member of the ACS NSW Branch executive he has held national board positions and championed a mentoring program for NSW membership. Having started his career in the UK he has first-hand experience of getting that first job in Australia.<\/p>\n
