Developing personal brand is necessary to fast track your journey of finding a job in Australia and even in further career development. It can sometimes be confused with ‘Bragging’ about yourself however it’s a technique of how to sell yourself.

Other way to look at developing your personal brand is ‘perception management’ which the world has for you. Perceptions about yourself is something you are least aware of but is out there and plays an important factor in finding a job in Australia. Perception is something which outside world thinks about you, your peers, boss, customer, friends and family.

So how to develop your personal brand when you are new to the country or even if you aren’t new and arein India or Australia looking for your next job.

Pretty simple while  measurable personal brand starts by becoming authentic and truly presenting to what you truly believe in, it’s not made up and comes naturally to you.

For example our Co-founder true passion of starting this venture was ‘Sharing knowledge for bringing in a positive change ‘among the Indian community in Australia. Today due to his mere passion and authentic belief he quite well know among his peers in Australia.

Developing personal brand is in your hand and the first step towards achieving that is in believing and knowing your worth. Unless you are being positive about yourself how you are going you going to be positive in the environment you work or play.People are attracted to positive vibes.

No matter where you are developing personal brand has never been easy, having an updated social profile out there helps to promote your industry expertise through blog writing, press releases, videos and endorsements.

Nathing like a face to face interaction though, which actually leverages all aspect of personal branding, is meeting new people either through networking or volunteering activities. The impact of this is unimaginable because that where ‘word of mouth’ kicks in.It like in real life which Bollywood movie you are mot likely to watch, obvious the one your friends told you about.
